Selma to be on the “Jay Leno Show”?

The Live Feed has an article about a “test taping” of the upcoming “The Jay Leno Show” and it appears that Selma was involved with this episode…

The writers said the Green Car Challenge segment fell flat (duh), with Selma Blair driving around a race track for nearly a minute but it “felt like an hour.”

No word on whether this taping will be airing on TV, but the show does premiere on Monday, September 14th!

    yeah, I read that article too. It was a test run and I don’t think it will be aired. I’ve already checked the line up for this week and she is not scheduled to appear.

    I think it was an informal rehersal type of show. Mikey Day got a job with Leno as a correspondent. Maybe she was just hanging around the studio.

    From what I read I don’t think she actually “drove” a racecar. I think there is a toy racecar set on the studio set. At least that is what I make of it..

    I was completely wrong.

    It is a REAL racetrack built next to the studio. Guests/celebrities will race green/eco friendly cars there. I can’t believe that it “fell flat” because I think the idea is very cool. I want to do it!
    I think Drew Barrymore is scheduled to do it or has already.
    I think Cameron Diaz would be a great competitor because I know for a fact that that girl can race.

    I hope they air the Selma Blair episode. Sometimes shows will record extra episodes to fill in for days off in the future, or they record twice on Thursdays so they can have Friday’s off..that kind of thing.
